As a call center employee you help customers who call with problems or questions they have. It is important that you understand the customers well and offer the necessary help. Where possible, you offer extra service or sales and ensure that the customer hangs up the phone with a good feeling.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Are you looking for a position where you get a lot of responsibility and freedom? Do you have several years of experience in managing call center operations? And don't you mind traveling for work? Then read on!

Tasks and responsibilities

  • As an operations manager, you maintain an overview of the activities of the branches throughout Turkey and the Netherlands and you ensure that these are carried out as well as possible.
  • You ensure that all KPIs are achieved at all locations
  • You are also involved in maintaining contact with both new and existing clients
  • You are ultimately responsible for compliance with the contracts on both sides.
  • In this position you work closely with the office managers
  • You have a lot of varied work and you are not in the office all day. You travel a lot throughout Turkey and to NL/BE
  • You get a lot of responsibility and freedom with enough room for your own input

Skills and training

  • HBO work and thinking level, with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a contact center as a manager
  • A strong personality with persuasiveness, empathy and a hands-on mentality
  • Sense of entrepreneurship and customer experience
  • Innovative thinking ability and practical conversion power
  • Helicopter view and ability to prioritize
  • A commercial, enterprising personality who motivates, coaches but can also manage task-oriented
  • Result-oriented, decisive and customer- and solution-oriented
  • Analytical and process-savvy and numerical insight

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 1-5 years of hands-on software development experience in Java, Java EE
  • At least 1 year experience in Spring Framework (such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Core…)
  • Experience on C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET, API, Web)
  • Strong knowledge on OOP, Design Patterns, TDD and Unit Testing
  • Knowledge of design patterns and software engineering best practices for a full stack software development life cycle
  • Experience on executing CI/CD practices and meeting code quality metrics,
  • Strong knowledge on REST and/or SOAP services
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL
  • Knowledge of Scrum and agile principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High communication skills and a good team player
  • Angular 7+ ve Bootstrap knowledges are essential
  • Good command of English or German
  • Docker knowledge is a plus
