ETB Wins the Genesys AI Driven CX Vision Award

ETB has been honored with the prestigious AI Driven CX Vision Award during the Future of CX Istanbul event organized by Genesys. This recognition was awarded for ETB’s forward-looking Customer Experience vision and for being the first company in Turkey to deploy Genesys AI services at scale within cloud-based CX environments.

With this recognition, ETB further strengthens its role as a leading player in AI-driven Customer Experience. ETB is the first BPO company in Turkey to bring these AI capabilities into full production and actively apply them in daily operations.
