ETB through the years

ETB was founded in 2003 with a clear vision: to deliver outstanding business process outsourcing (BPO) services through a people-first approach. In the early years, the company focused on building a strong foundation based on high-quality service and a customer-centric mindset.

As the demand for excellent BPO services grew, ETB steadily expanded its operations. Over the years, the company evolved into an international player, opening offices in Türkiye, the Netherlands, Germany, Suriname, and Bulgaria. This growth was driven by a commitment to innovation, transparency, and empowering employees.

Today, ETB is proud to be a leading global BPO provider with a workforce of over 1,700 dedicated employees. With a strong focus on creating authentic customer and employee experiences, ETB continues to build lasting value for its clients, partners, and society — always with an eye on the future.

In Türkiye, ETB is the largest Dutch-speaking BPO company, a milestone we are extremely proud of.
