We are pleased to share some wonderful news with you. Our HR Manager, Vahdet Özsaraç, has been recognized this year as one of the most successful leaders within the Best People & Culture Leaders™ 2025 program, which has been organized in Türkiye for the very first time. Being included in the inaugural edition of this program marks an important milestone for ETB and serves as a clear affirmation of our people-centric culture.
This recognition is awarded by Great Place To Work® Türkiye through a fully independent and data-driven evaluation process. More than 200 senior People & Culture leaders from various industries were assessed on criteria such as employee experience, organizational culture, workplace safety, compliance, and leadership style. The evaluations conducted by GPTW experts and the audits from Brothers & Partners clearly show that Vahdet Özsaraç stands out through his approach and vision. This achievement not only highlights his personal leadership but also underscores the strength of ETB’s people-focused way of working.
At ETB, we strive to offer both our employees and our clients a high-quality, inspiring, and reliable experience. We believe that satisfied and engaged employees form the foundation for strong customer relationships. With this in mind, we work every day to build a culture rooted in transparency, ethical conduct, entrepreneurship, responsibility, people-centricity, and a positive work environment.
The leadership of Vahdet Özsaraç plays a key role in strengthening this culture. His efforts help create a safe, supportive, and motivating work environment where everyone feels heard and valued. As a result, we continue to grow as a stronger, more sustainable, and future-focused organization.
ETB CEO Naci Eroğlu shares the following statement:
“This recognition once again demonstrates how essential people-centric leadership is to ETB’s success. Vahdet not only embodies our values but also puts them into practice every single day. We congratulate him wholeheartedly and see this recognition as a meaningful reflection of our ETB culture.”
This accomplishment reinforces ETB’s position as a forward-thinking organization within People & Culture, both in Türkiye and internationally. Being included in this list in the program’s first year gives us even more motivation to further deepen and strengthen our people-centric approach.
