The Great Place to Work certification is not a label that can be obtained lightly. The Trust Index™ survey measures how employees experience their organization across key dimensions such as trust, respect, pride, fairness, and team spirit. Receiving this certification for the third time confirms that ETB’s organizational culture is not only strong, but also consistent and sustainable.
This year’s edition is particularly special. Never before have so many colleagues participated in the survey. This record participation demonstrates that employees feel heard and are willing to share their perspectives. Of all participants, 90% stated that they experience ETB as a Great Place to Work—a result we are justifiably proud of.
